Production
Manifest Pack products are printed on demand.
Each order is manufactured when you place it, thus avoiding unnecessary stock.
Estimated lead times
• Production: 2 to 5 business days
• Shipping: 3 to 7 additional business days, depending on the destination
Lead times may vary during peak seasons.
Shipping
We ship to Spain, including the islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order volume.
You will receive an email with confirmation and, when available, shipping tracking.
Returns
As these are personalized products printed on demand, we do not accept returns for size or color changes or because the product does not meet a subjective expectation.
We do handle incidents when:
- The product arrives defective
- The order is incorrect
- The item is damaged in transit
In these cases, please write to hola@manifestpack.com within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and photos of the problem. We will find the quickest solution (replacement or refund, as appropriate).
