Refund policy

As these are personalised, print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns due to a change in size, colour or personal preference.

We do, however, deal with issues when:

• the product arrives faulty

• the order is incorrect

• the item is damaged in transit

In such cases, please email us at hola@manifestpack.com within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and photos of the problem.

We will find the quickest solution (a replacement or refund, as appropriate).
